GLOSZN HENNA BOOKING POLICY

Deposits

  • $5 deposit required to book

  • Deposit is non-refundable

  • Deposit can transfer to ONE rescheduled appointment if changed 24+ hours before

  • Remaining balance is paid in CASH, APPLE PAY, CHIME AND VENMO  ONLY after service

 

No-Shows

  • 15 minutes late = no-show = deposit lost

  • You will need to rebook with a new deposit

Design & Pricing

  • Prices depend on design type (freestyle or inspo) and length of arm/size

  • Inspo designs require sending a photo before booking

  • I may decline designs that are too complex for me

​

Payments

  • Final payment is due after the service

  • Accepted: Cash, Chime, Apple Pay, Venmo

  • No card fees & no refunds

​

 

 

Location

  • Exact address is sent on the day of the appointment only

  • No travel services at this time

​

 

Behavior

  • Disrespect, inappropriate behavior, bringing guests, or disrupting the workspace will end the appointment immediately (deposit forfeited)

​

Reminders

  • Clients are responsible for remembering their appointment

  • A confirmation is sent, but you must keep track of your own date/time

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Must cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before your appointment

  • Anything under 24 hours = deposit & appointment lost

  • Same rules apply for rescheduling. No exceptions

Late Policy

  • 15-minute grace period

  • If you’re later than 15 minutes, the appointment is canceled

  • The appointment will not be shortened and you will not be charged extra, but the deposit is forfeited

​

Day-Of Requirements

  • Come with clean skin, no lotion, no oils

  • No guests allowed for any appointment

  • Notify me by text when you arrive

​

 

Refunds & Results

  • No refunds for henna services

  • Henna stains come in black or reddish brown

  • If you smudge, touch, or mess up the stain, it is not my responsibility

  • Aftercare instructions will be given, failure to follow them voids any complaints

​

Safety & Eligibility

  • I use 100% natural henna

  • No patch tests offered

  • No children at this time

Photos

  • I do not take face photos

  • If you post your henna, I prefer to be credited or @’d

  • You may request not to be posted
